I made a fun stars overlay freebie you can use to make papers or other digital scrapbook items. The background is transparent and the stars are two different colors, one a light gray and one black. Shown here is a paper I made with the overlay - the paper isn't a part of the free item, it is just the overlay itself.
I started thinking about how close the 4th of July is and realized I needed to get my patriotic 'tude on... so here is a start, lol.
